From workshops and events to book club, parent’s night out, and even CPR training, we have something for everyone to deepen your practice, build community, and restore your mind, body and spirit.

Unwind with us in a gentle yoga session designed to calm your mind and body. Move through slow, mindful poses, followed by the meditative art of arranging fresh flowers.
Working with blooms naturally slows your pace. The soft textures, subtle scents, and vibrant colors invite you to be fully present. Flowers have a way of grounding us reducing stress and reconnecting us with nature’s quiet beauty.
By the end of class, you’ll leave with a handcrafted arrangement and renewed sense of peace.
Each month we select a book to read and gather at the studio to discuss as a community. Free to participate. BYOB. Check out our Instagram for this month’s book and meeting info.
One Friday per month, we host a parent’s night out, where you get to plan a fun date night, meet up with your friends, or simply get some peace and quiet at home, while we’ve got your kids. These fun nights start with getting the wiggles out on the mat with a little yoga, followed by pizza and a movie. Check out our socials or FitDegree for more details.
Whether you are a healthcare provider looking to be certified, a company looking to train your employees, or just desire to be a prepared member of your community, Ignite has partnered with HeartCert to get you what you need. Classes are held at the studio and taught by certified CPR instructors.
Certifications are through either the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association, depending on the course you need. For more information, click below or email
