f you have a bolster and/or blanket, please bring those with you! If not, we have some for you to borrow.

Join us January 25th at 11am for intentional mat time with Mom. This is a BYOB event (Bring your own baby!) designed to give moms a moment to move, connect, and breathe while your littles are by your side.
Babies can join mama on the mat, be apart of the exercises, or relax close by. We will flow for 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute socializing time to allow babies and moms to mingle!
Come as you are- this is a supportive environment to explore movement in the body and connect with other mommas.
Baby age range: infant-3 years old.
Bring a yoga mat, water, and any other items your baby might need or want (milk, formula, play mat, toys etc.)”
Each month we select a book to read and gather at the studio to discuss as a community. Free to participate. BYOB. Check out our Instagram for this month’s book and meeting info.
One Friday per month, we host a parent’s night out, where you get to plan a fun date night, meet up with your friends, or simply get some peace and quiet at home, while we’ve got your kids. These fun nights start with getting the wiggles out on the mat with a little yoga, followed by pizza and a movie. Check out our socials or FitDegree for more details.
