A space to grow, heal and process by combining the power of breath and movement to tap into your internal flame and ignite through the sacred practice of yoga.
At Ignite, we are primarily a heated power vinyasa studio, but we also value the balance that restorative practices offer. We strive to provide a mental and physical challenge every time our students step onto their mat with a variety of classes and instructors to choose from.
No matter the class type, your experience level, your reason for coming, or where you’ve practiced before, we are passionate about every student feeling welcomed and at home.
The life force of passion and inspiration. But this spark is often dimmed by everyday life and expectations. Whether you’re burning bright, flickering in and out, or close to extinguished, our studio is here for you. We believe by consistent, authentic and expressive practice we can tap into the most efficient life energy: our own blue flame. Complete combustion.
Through our collective practice we can discard all the noise, the stress, the wasted energy, and Ignite our own blue flame, burning efficiently and pure.
“I have been to a lot of studios all over the states and this one is by far the best of all. All the instructors are amazing.”
Join us for a transformative experience that will enhance your daily life, and have a lot of fun, at one of our yearly retreats in places like Nicaragua and Spain. These trips are designed to help you return home with new thought patterns and tools, to refresh your energy for the long term, and to connect with yourself and your community.
Each month we select a book to read and gather at the studio to discuss as a community. Free to participate. BYOB. Check out our Instagram for this month’s book and meeting info.
One Friday per month, we host a parent’s night out, where you get to plan a fun date night, meet up with your friends, or simply get some peace and quiet at home, while we’ve got your kids! These fun nights start with getting the wiggles out on the mat with a little yoga, followed by pizza and a movie.
