Ignite Power Flow

As a vinyasa style flow set to upbeat and motivational music, these classes will challenge you mentally and physically. You will leave class sweaty, strong and most definitely smiling. All levels are welcome. Room heated to 85-95 degrees.

Candlelight Flow

Set in a warm room with soft light, enjoy this beautiful practice. Classes begin with our typical Vinyasa power flow but allow for more time down on the mat to restore. Unwind from your day, week or year with this class. Room heated to 80-85 degrees.

Yin

Settle in and stay. A Yin practice invites you to still your body and quiet your mind. Your teacher will guide you through a sequence of floor postures that you will hold for an extended time, nourishing and strengthening your body’s deeper connective tissues. The room will not be heated, so you might appreciate extra layers and socks. 

Sound Healing Immersion

Reduce stress, find peace, harmony and rest in this one-hour self-love practice. Melt into your yoga mat and leave the stress of the week behind as you set an intention for class and cleanse your body through breathwork. You will be guided through a meditation that reconnects you with your body and calms the mind. Then release, let go and get carried away through powerful sound vibrations.

The sound immersion with Tibetan bowl, wave drum, gong, crystal bowls, and elemental chimes helps to move the body into a theta brainwave state. This state allows the body to fully surrender, to relax, to find rest and to amplify its innate healing properties.

iRest ® Yoga Nidra

Feeling scattered or stressed? Distracted or tired? These are common feelings in our busy lives, and everyone needs a way to feel at ease when life gets challenging. Join us the FIRST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH 6:30-7:30pm for Yoga Nidra with the fabulous Katie Stewart! iRest ® yoga nidra can help you tap into a place that is calm, even when life is not.
